@3.17 twice as busy and twice as loud. yep that's STONES. really a great bar which serves hukkah & has fire show as well. many of the shacks do have fire show but they have one of the best performers & their music is just too good.

On my last visit we were partying on the beach and just 2 hours prior to midnight my gf vomited and slept for an hour on the beach. It was quite a fun to take her the hotel, cut her bday cake while she was sleeping and then me falling asleep outside the room. wtf. can never forget that day 😀

well if someone wants to explore an island they can surely kayak from phi phi island to monkey island. Reaching here can be quite thrill & a life n death experience as well 😀 but its worth an adventure.

hey laura! great video, thanks for this – i also watched your bangkok video.
quick question • do you know how late can you stay on koh phi phi before a "last call" sea transport back to phuket?

    some context:
i booked my room already in phuket which is non-refundable. i planned my visit to koh phi phi as a day trip – but im realizing i may be on the island pretty late.
worse case, i'll just book a night in koh phi phi and not worry about the wasted $. but if sea transport is available throughout the entire night, then i can party as late as i want and can still catch a ride back to phuket.

We love phi phi, the village is super cute and has some good nightlife and is the gateway to some of the best beaches we have been to.

FYI she’s right the boat tours are cheap as chips. We paid $80 for a private long tail tour around Maya Bay 😍

I spent a month there, away from all the rowdy/noisy "look at me" group. Just exit the pier turn right and go to the end, climb the stairs to the top. There are two empty beaches to find on the back side of the island, plus the food and view from up there is the best. For even quieter living hire a boat to Koa Jam ~ very relaxed vibe and be sure to get the two hour massage from the beautiful Japanese man, BEST massage ever!!

We got up and took a longtail boat tour at 7am and we had all of maya bay to ourselves. It was amazing. If you don’t drink you can still reap the benefits of this being largely a party island!!!
