Merida will be the first place I will visit.
Querétaro, Guanajuato State, Jalisco state, Nuevo Leon State and Oaxaca City are all worth a travel guide. Architecture, cuisine, beautiful scenery, good weather and cultural events make them great places to visit. And they can be traveled safely for those who have safety concerns
Merida was Merida before the conquistadors. It was a mayan city named T'ho.
thank you for this video, very informative and helped me in my trip to Merida. Check out this video of this trip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPbEsX6baL0&t=97s

I ❤️Acapulco.
Visitè la ciudad de Mérida hace 2 dìas.
Disfrutè una deliciosa comida Yucateca en el rest. Chaya Maya, que está a unos pasos de la plaza principal.
I just visited Merida 2 days ago and ate at Chaya Maya rest. located steps away from the main plaza.
Highly recommend to enjoy such authentic Yucatan cuisine.
Funny to say that the video’s thumbnail isn’t Mérida. It’s Valladolid. A small city halfway between Mérida and Cancún.
Great video by the way

The entire Yucatan Peninsula was almost an independent country separated from the rest of Mexico.

Uxmal's ruines are really amazing! Even better than chichen itza..

Vengan a merida yo los guio en su travecia por nuestras hermosas tierras saludos
Fun fact: Merida, but specifically the state of Yucatán is the drunkest state of Mexico. it`s the state with the most alcohol-related intoxications per 100,000 hab. So, come visit us, fun is guaranteed 😀
Love it! Hot and humid though. I usually went out at night during the day it's just too hot. Uxmal has shows at night.
Love Merida

Wonderful!!!! I really loved it. Just one constructive critique…Uxmal is pronounced Ushhhmal, and Calcetok is pronounced Kalketok. In Mayan language the sound that we know as "C" or "S" doesn't exist, so everything needs to be pronounced as a "K" sound. What happens is that when Mayan language is written in Spanish (they would read glifs back in the day) the "C" letter is incorporated and that's why people get confused with the pronunciation (like the town CAUCEL, it's really pronounced KAUKEL) Thank you!
