Our visit took place in March 2020, fitting in one last overseas adventure before returning home to Australia for lockdown. Fingers crossed we can all travel again soon. In the meantime, be sure to check with your local government and the Tourism Authority of Thailand for up-to-date information on travel restrictions.

Covid in Thailand has been very well controlled since June with no new locally transmitted cases for around 4 months now. Travel restriction for tourists is being gradually and carefully relaxed so if you are in need of a break from Covid worries and restrictions, and who isn't?, then keep checking on the latest official announcements from the Tourism Authority of Thailand and before long you too may find yourself strolling the beach in Phuket.

Great video as expected. That's true, Patong is the first name that comes to my mind when I hear about Phuket and it was just over crowded and all when I stayed there. The island tour looked good and I really liked all the street arts and the restaurant with amazing food in the old town. And the hotel recommendation was again something that I was not expecting as I just know Mai Khao beach as a plane spotting beach. Thanks to both of you for this experience and have a good rest of your day.
